Payment:
We only accept Razorpay as a method of payment. All credit card payments must be made through Razorpay. We reserve the right to deny any payment that we consider fraudulent or suspicious.
Payment must be received within 4 days of the date of purchase. Otherwise, if no contact has been established, the listing will be void and non-paying bidder (NPB) reported to Razorpay.
Shipping:
All packages will be shipped within 48 hours after the payment is cleared via FedEx or DHL Expedited / International Shipping with tracking.
Any merchandise sent to another country may be subject to duty under the customs regulations of that country. We do not maintain or provide information concerning the assessment of customs duty. For Brazil – Tax ID is required for all WPX (parcel) shipment as well as complete consignee info on Air Waybill. All shipments will be returned back without prior notice if no valid Tax ID. If consignee is a foreigner who lives in Brazil or a foreign visitor to Brazil, passport number will act as tax ID number.
